The Max Safetoy Club

Hi Kids! I’m Max Safetoy! I’m an activist ant who is here to “bug” you about toy safety. I hope you will join the “Max Safetoy Club” so I can teach you cool things about toys and how to be safe while playing. We will also have fun with activities from the nice people at the Consumer Protection Board (CPB), some of which is on this page.

You can also receive some great stuff in the mail! For example, once you become an official member of my club, I will send you a membership card to carry around, a certificate to hang on your wall and an official Max Safetoy sticker that you can wear.

  • Join the Max Safetoy Club – All you have to do is print out this membership application and have your parent or adult guardian sign giving you permission to join the club. Then, please mail the information back to me. It’s that easy!
