The New York State Consumer Protection Board (CPB) presents education and information sessions on a variety of current topics. Train-the-trainer programs are also offered for advocacy and grassroots groups, business associations, faith-based groups and professional service providers.
Once trained, organizations are provided with a tool kit to further assist their communities and constituencies. Each tool kit includes electronic versions of CPB brochures and resources, as well as PowerPoint presentations for the participant's usage.
Groups can e-mail the CPB to start the presentation request process.
